Aloha Chicken Links – I used 2 links
1/2 Cup frozen peppers and onions mix
1/2 Can of Black beans
4 tsp Olive oil infused with garlic
1 Cup green beans
1 package ready made Jasmine Rice
Turn pan on medium low to heat the oil. Add in the chicken links (cut into slices) and onion-pepper mix to the oil. Let cook for about 5 minutes. Add black beans (drained and rinsed) to the pan. Stir until well mixed. Add the rice and a splash of water and the green beans. Sprink on salt and pepper. Stir. Cover and simmer on low for 7 to 10 minutes. If it looks a bit on the dry side add a bit more water and oil. Enjoy!
