Half a ring of turkey kilbosa
mixed veggies (carrots, peas, green beans. and corn)
Monteray Jack cheese cubes
I cut my potatoes into chunks. I then add them to a preheated cast iron skillet that has olive oil already in it. I sprinkle on some Mrs. Dash table blend. While those are cooking i dice up my kilbosa. When the potatoes are about half way done I add my kilbosa to the pan. I pile it in the middle of the pan so I can season it with steak seasoning, then I stir it all together. Since I use frozen veggies and I don’t want to add the water from them to my pan I microwave them and the Lima beans in the microwave. I sprinkle with salt and pepper before adding them to the pan. I let it all cook together for about 5 minutes just to give it a bit of time to blend the flavorings together. I add the cheese cubes and let cook for another minute just til the cheese starts to melt. Serve and enjoy!
