2 chicken breasts (trimmed and cut into strips)

2 bags of lightly seasoned Asian frozen veggies

1 bag of steamed cauliflower rice

2 tsp minced garlic

sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

onion powder

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp minced ginger

pepper

2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

seasoning salt

In a pan on medium low heat drizzle sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Once the oil is heated add the strips of chicken and other seasonings including the teriyaki sauce and lemon juice. While chicken is cooking microwave veggies per instructions on bag. Once both are cooked stir veggies into pan with the chicken. Cook your riced cauliflower according to instructions on bag. Remove chicken and veggie mix from pan and lay on the bed of rice once rice is finished cooking. Top with sesame seeds.
