1-15oz Can Humpty Dumpty Salmon

1 Egg

1 sleeve saltines

Spices- I use garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, and parsley (i just sprinkle on. I do not measure.)

A stick of butter

Olive Oil

In a bowl I pour the can of salmon in. Juices and all. I leave the bones in it and just kind of break them up and mix it all together. I then add the egg and spices to the bowl. I take 6 to 8 crackers at a time and crunch them up into the bowl. I mix everything up. If the mixture is still very wet then add more crackers. I do this until the mixture is wet but can be made into patties and hold themselves together.

I melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat and add Olive oil once the butter is melted. Then add them to the pan. I cook about 6 minutes before turning. I like them to have a nice golden tone before turning over. That is all preference though. Then Enjoy!

My Mom’s recipe! I love them.
