Crab Mac and Cheese

1 16oz bag Imitation Crab-leg style

2 boxes of five cheese mac and cheese

1 can of French fried onions

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350. On the stove broil water to boil in a pan. Once water is boiling cook the mac and cheese to the box directions. While that is cooking in a another pan melt the butter with the garlic. Once butter is melted put in the crab meat. I use a burger chopper and loosely chop up the crab meat. I let that all cook on low stirring occasionally until the mac and cheese is done. In an 8 x 8 pan grease the sides. Mix together the Mac and Cheese and Crab. Then place into the greased pan. Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Then cover the top with french fried onions and place back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
