1 bag vegan meatless meatballs
1 bag of brown rice and quinoa pasta
1 jar Tomato, garlic, and basil pasta sauce
Cook your pasta to the directions on the package. I cook the meatballs in a pan with a little oil just to crisp up the outside for a few minutes. Then i add the sauce to the pan of meatballs and slowly bring to a boil. Once pasta is drained I add the sauce and meatballs to the pasta. When serving I sprinkle with vegan mozzarella cheese.
I use Aldi brand for all ingredients in this dish but please feel free to use whatever you favorite of each are. No we are not vegan but we are trying to eat more plant based products. I also limit how much dairy I use so that is why we eat vegan cheese.
