For those of you who don’t know Alex is in a direct sales company that has things for fur babies. Cat and Dogs. No, I’m not going to push that on our blog. If you have questions about the company you can ask otherwise we won’t be pushing that on the blog. We were making up some new business cards for him and on the back was a spot we could either leave blank or we could add a picture. We decided on a picture. So we head outside to take a picture and the above picture is the one that we decided was best. I am in love with it. I have since we got Bentley referred to him and Tweeter as Momma’s boys. I love our fur babies so much. When we took Bentley in I wasn’t sure how he was going to respond to our family and to Tweeter. He came from a very sad life he was living. We are still working on a few things with him, but for the most part, he has adjusted well. We are still working on potty training, which makes me want to rip my hair out some days. He is a bit food aggressive, but seeing as to where he came from I find that to be suspected. There probably were times he had to fight to eat where he was and so now he gets a bit testy when Tweeter or even Elsa want to share the food bowl with him. He also gobbles down his food and water so fast he usually ends up throwing part of it up. We have been limiting how much food and water we put down at one time so that is getting better too. We haven’t had him even 2 months yet so he is adjusting well to having a loving home. He will be heading to the vet in a few weeks to get the final round of treatment for his heartworms then he should be all healed and ready to conquer the world. Tweeter has taken on the job of big brother awesomely. He is Bentley’s protector through and though. He even shares toys (usually the ones he isn’t so fond of) with Bentley as long as it isn’t his frisbee. Tweeter is very aggressive about his frisbee and will not share it with any other animals. I got very lucky and they will always be Momma’s boys.
