This recipe I used to feed 4 adults with 2 kabobs each and 2 extra kabobs

2 lbs of charcoal steak (cubed, and put into a baggie of marinade-whichever you prefer)

1 yellow pepper

1 red pepper

1 Red Onion

1 can chunked Pineapple

1 package of Button Mushrooms (washed and patted dry)

I used wooden skewers that I soaked for 20 minutes before using. I marinaded the steak for an hour. You could do for longer if you wanted to. I made customized kabobs for each person. When I was done and had them all laid out on the broiler pan I sprinkled with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.  I used my oven to make these under the broiler. I cooked them for 7 minutes then flipped them over and continued ’til the steak was to our liking. These are super simple and very hard to mess up. You can customize the veggies and fruits to your liking.
